羅孟婷現任於國立陽明交通大學教育研究所教育心理組助理教授。 2020年獲美國俄亥俄州立大學教育心理博士學位,主修量化研究方法、評鑑與測量 (Quantitative Research, Evaluation and Measurement)。其專長領域為測驗評量與統計建模,對多層次資料處理有著豐富經驗,亦有教育心理領域的專業知識、結合數位科技跨領域的研究成果。她先前於國立陽明交通大學校務大數據研究中心任職助理研究員,於校務研究與大學推動永續發展上亦有豐富實務經驗。羅孟婷博士的研究具二大主軸:一為應用數位科技即時掌握學習心理與行為資料,進行個體差異化學習剖析等進階學習議題;二為學習科學、跨域整合大數據分析於高等教育領域之應用與研究。
