Laboratory Safety Training Course for New Laboratory Worker
Due to the impact of the epidemic, this semester laboratory safety and hygiene training and hazard general education training have been changed to online courses. The following is a description for the related matters:
1.Course purpose: In order to comply with laws and regulations to maintain the safety of experimental operations and the personnel, education
and training courses are provided.
2.Course items: (1) Laboratory Safety and Hygiene Training (2) Chemical Hazards Education Training

Please be sure to complete the course within the specified time. The center will verify that the teaching hour have reached 100%, and then send the test paper by email. A certificate will be issued if the test score reaches 70 points. |

- Registration method: All online registration. Please log into the laboratory’s environmental management system (in case of not having an
account, please register your personal account first), the website is https://lms.nycu.edu.tw/

Entity Course / Registration.
- Certificate grant: Those who have completed watching the courses and passes the test (70 points) will be awarded a certificate. Those who
fail to pass the test will have to take the courses again and then take the test. The test scores will be imported into the system within 15 days,
please go to the laboratory environment and safety management system (https://lms.nycu.edu.tw/) to check the scores and print the certificate
(Path: Home/ Educational Training / My Courses / Online Courses / Print).
- Precautions
- Please be sure to complete all the courses within the start time, overtime will not be accepted.
- Relevant education and training information or test papers are all notified by email. Please be sure to fill in your personal email address when registering, to avoid any delay on your rights and interests.
- The process of sending test papers takes about 2-3 days。
