因人社一館HA218實驗室為本校環安中心列管實驗室，故需依據本校規定取得「實驗室一般安全衛生」以及「實驗室危害通識」合格證明，才能進行實驗。且生物科的同學，另需取得「實驗室生物安全」的合格證明，才能進行實驗。(本證明亦可採計為師資生學習護照研習點數喔)
為避免影響未來課程進行，請尚未取得相關證明的同學(尤其是112學年度修讀物理/化學/生物教材教法與教學實習、科學探究與實作課程設計(即教育所開設之進階科學課程與探究教學)、科學探究與實作專題(自然領域同學必修課)，或 修習教育所科教組丙組課程或研究，因而需要借用HA218進行實驗者)，詳見以下研習時間說明，並盡早安排參加研習。

注意事項如下:
訓練時數:請於113年3月7日晚上11點前完成線上訓練，逾時不後。
考試通知:請於期限內完成課程，課程要確實完成(時數達100%)，才會於3/8寄送考試連結檔。
證書發放:測驗後3-5天，請自行從系統下載證書。
證書頒發：1.時數達到100％ 2.通過測驗（70分），才會有證書。
Dear all organizers,
The additional session for Laboratory Safety and Health Education and Hazard General Education Training in the second semester of the academic year 112 will be conducted in English. The session is scheduled from March 1st (Friday) to March 7th (Thursday) via digital courses (https://lms.cesh.nycu.edu.tw/). The exam will be sent out on the morning of March 8th (Friday). Please inform the relevant laboratories and personnel. Those interested should register directly through the system.
Please note the following:
1.Training Hours: Please complete the online training before 11:00 PM on March 7th, 113th year. There will be no extensions granted for overdue completion.
2.Exam Notification: Upon completion of the course within the specified period and meeting the requirements for course completion (100% attendance), the exam link file will be sent on March 8th.
3.Certificate Issuance: Please download the certificate from the system 3-5 days after the exam.
4.Certificate Grant: Certificates will only be issued to individuals who have both attended 100% of the teaching hours and passed the exam (with a score of 70 points or higher).
